A MARI ATLANTIC OCEAN GIN

Distilled with Atlantic Ocean water and a secret, delicious selection of Cape Coastal Fynbos, this gin is the spirit of the South African Atlantic coastline.

 

The first gin in our portfolio, Atlantic won the prestigious Michelangelo Craft Spirits Trophy and a silver at the international IWSC, all within a year of its launch.

 

The nose shows a citrus-forward freshness, echoed on the palate with highlights of citrus merging into a mid palate of rich florals and peppery spices.

A MARI INDIAN OCEAN GIN

Using the East African coast of the Indian Ocean as inspiration, A Mari Indian Ocean gin is a rich, complex gin reminiscent of the spice route.

​

Distilled using exotic botanicals from along the Indian Ocean coastline, this gin features Ajwain seeds from India, Swahili Lime from Kenya, and Madacascan pink peppercorns.

​

After distillation, we infuse the gin with 'Chai' ~  Kenyan black tea and a spice masala of cinnamon, cloves, black pepper and ginger.

 

 

 

THE PROCESS
 

We use ocean water because it extracts the botanical oils from the plants more efficiently, so we avoid any stewing of botanicals, and keep our flavours bright.

We only use the purest heart of our distillation process, to ensure a delicate balanced flavour and a premium gin.
